Two Artcraft engraved and cacheted envelopes issued and cancelled by the USPS on inauguration day. One envelope contains an image of Bush. The second envelope contains an image of Bush with his wife Laura. Also one engraved counter card stamped and cancelled on inauguration day in 2001.
